Buffs!
Chris Bright handles the Strength spells, Kazandra pops off a few "Endure" spells for elemental protection, and Sahrim fires off some "Protection" spells for similar effect. This gets the party to a forward position, and ready for the next round of buffs.
Kaz starts with an "Aid" spell, but the dragons must have wind of your plans, and a Darkness spell pushes the party back.
Pan deploys his "Helping Hands", "Enlarge", and "Haste" - and the sound of some angry dragons blasts down the corridor ahead.
With the party buffed and ready to proceed, Pan implements a "Phantasmal Force" of an invisible party, to trick the dragons into an early breath weapon.
Chris Bright centres and "Invisibility 10' radius" on Lysander, and party moves forward.
At T=0, Arnie moves into position inside the lair. He's strong, he's large, and he's got four hands.
Dragon 2 breathes on him, but his Protection from Acid scroll serves its purpose.
Taran is at the entrance, and Dragon 1 attacks from the air with a "stall" attack - all four legs, and a bite. Taran is shaken, but survives, and is ready to fight.
Hasted, Taran connects twice with his axe, and Titan follows up with another.
Round One:
Another two blows from Taran has Dragon 1 down.
Chris Bright throws up a Wind Wall.
Dragon 2 flies up to get some height, then "plummets" on Arnie. Arnie dodges it, and follows through with a massive hit for 37 damage.
Lysanders "Minor Gale" puts the injured dragon at further disadvantage.
Sahrim heals Taran.
But the second devastating blow from Arnie is enough to end Dragon 2.
Six rounds total. Two rounds of actual melee. Not a bad days work.
So where's the loot?
