I have a little project I'm working on...
I want to make an interactive/edumacational game that is like the good ol' "Choose Your Own Adventure" books. Rather than write it in notepad with HTML, I was hoping that someone out there might have developed some interface that caters specifically for these RPG text-based adventures.
It might be achievable in some applications that aren't specifically made for RPG's - a simple web design tool or maybe even powerpoint. Many years ago I was working on a research project with UNSW that used a Mac application called (I think) "Hypercard".
If anyone has done this before or knows of a good app, let me know! Thanks...

We're gonna co-author this one I can tell;p

"If you wish to assault your landlord, turn to page 223."
"If you wish to cringe and tremble in fear from his threats and give in to his demands, to to page 117."
Turning to page 223 -
"You have chosen poorly.
After serving three months in prison, take your good behaviour bond back to page 1 and start the tenancy tribunal adventure again."

Our department wants to produce an "interactive" educational website/DVD that has a broad appeal.
By doing it this way, people can consider various strategies to problem solving - in our field there is rarely one right answer, and often many wrong ones!

Why are you doing this exactly?
Are you looking for a new career in game development?
